Not the cheapest one however good value. I enjoyed my 1 night stay. Amicable hotel staff in touch with the manager.

A little small bathroom, Wi-Fi was very poor, a little disappointed.

Our stay here was very relaxing, lovely place for exploring York.

I loved the place, it was clean & the staff were polite. There was lots of fabulous meals.

The venue overall was a bit dated, though it had perfect staff and rooms.

It had uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The venue is fairly clean, with fab location near railway, the river and all attractions. Lots of good options for meal.

Room was en suite, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, breakfast was gorgeous. Perfect location to City Centre. I had a such wonderful time at this hotel and will be back.

Fairly clean hotel, welcoming staff in touch with the manager. Immaculate room and friendly communication with the staff. Brilliant location, 15 minutes' walk to York Minster.

Quiet little and clean place, everything was nice. Breakfast was perfect, it offered variety of fab food. Good value and exceptional service.

Everything was spotless, excellent service, lovely location near to railway, the river, city centre. Most of the staffs were genuinely helpful.

Thoughtful staff, fine beds and free breakfast. Our room was themed and the view was decent. Phenomenal location - 20 mins walk from a bus station. Lovely garden and covered pool. This classic hotel was worth a visit, excellent value for money.

This hotel was funky and I will be back. Location and staff etc were impressive. Loved the cute area. Superb view of sea. It was a very enjoyable stay, you could leave a car on site.

Outstanding stuff, handy location, good beds. It was compact, good enough for one night. We went out for dinner, found Caffe Leemo, it was not too far away from the hotel.

The facilities were clean and the staff brilliant. The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a peaceful area. The restaurant had delicious food.

The beds are very comfortable. Right by the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Had nice dainties at Cakes d'licious, located extremely close to the guest house. Moreover, we parked onsite.

Friendly staff and a very clean hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, such as coffee and coffee facilities. Excellent value for money, will be returning here soon.

Comfy bed and FAVOURABLE location. The owner was friendly. Private bathroom with all essentials. Good value, taking into account other York's options.
